1.This machine is developed by Zhenxing Company based on the characteristics of the web-making work and by absorbing the advantages of its peers. During the web-making process, the film and the mesh plate are bonded together with adhesive tape. Then, the film and the mesh plate are tightly attracted together by a vacuum pump and vacuum tubes. Through one or more sets of exposure lamps, the mesh plate is exposed to light for plate-making, which can produce various large-sized mesh plates.

2. Light source: Iodized gallium light source (Philips) is adopted, with uniform spectral distribution, small difference in brightness, no excessive light or refraction phenomenon, and a long service life.

3. Reflector: High-quality aluminum reflectors are adopted to ensure uniform reflection of the light source, guaranteeing the quality of plate exposure, rapid exposure and sensitive response.

4. Vacuum pump: It adopts the German brand Beck.
